J.J. Hunter says: Oh, this is wonderful, and very much of the quality I've come to expect from you, Meeks. :o) The style of both rain & the top of the karakasa obake is very reminiscent of that of a Japanese woodprint, and I love the calligraphic description in the upper right hand side of the piece. Very nicely done. The prompt itself was inspired by a poem, 'Bakemono-san' (http://jjhunter.dreamwidth.org/116650.html). ~ Reply?

Meeks replied to this: I'm very glad you liked it! :) The calligraphy could be better, but it's not easy to do brush writing with a stylus!

Alisha Christian says: This is beautifully unique and wonderful. Awesome. ~ Reply?

Toast says: Oh my galosh, this is cute. ~ Reply?
