“Black Cat” by Ellen Million<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Ellen uploaded the first sketch to our gallery this month! She drew “Black Cat<\/a>” as a bookplate sketch for the Zoe Chant Shifting Sands Resort<\/em> series of books. You can purchase this sketch on the sticker paper bookplate for $10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“A Prickly Fall Flower” by Hannah Stayton<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

This is Hannah Stayton’s first Sketch Fest, and she created this completely adorable autumnal hedgehog illustration in “A Prickly Fall Flower<\/a>.” She describes them as a “Cute little garden buddy to help you clean up the flower beds.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“A Witch’s Best Friend” by Jill Britt<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Jill Britt sketched this provocative and eldritch witch and her tree in “A Witch’s Best Friend<\/a>.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Moon Witch” by Tricia Danby<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Tricia Danby created magic in her painting of “Moon Witch<\/a>,” reveling in the moon’s phases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Moonlight” by Madison<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Let’s end with another beautiful black cat: as Madison says of her illustration “Moonlight<\/a>,” it shows “A black cat crowded on to a shelf between some potion bottles and some toadstools, looking out the window at a full moon.” She did this in 22 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
