Alice Through the Looking Glass by Sue Rundle-Hughes

Alice Through the Looking Glass
by Sue Rundle-Hughes

Prompt: Stepping through the Mirror
prompted by: Mandy R., during Sketch Fest #16 (July, 2011)

When I read this I immediately thought of one of my favourite stories as a child, Alice through the looking glass. It looks a little bit similar in pose to the Tenniel illustrations (obviously no where near as good), but that wasn't intentional. I think the pictures were etched on my mind as a child. I made her Edwardian rather than Victorian and dressed her in clothes of 1912 (ish) period. My costume design background comes in handy sometimes :) Scanner broke down last night, so using my iphone :(

Sales are temporarily disabled while the site is upgraded. Estimated completion: March 2018!
