Stormy days by Natta

Stormy days
by Natta

Prompt: stormy days
prompted by: Katta, during Sketch Fest #83 (January, 2017)

This small watercolor is painted from Dreamscapes book 4 by Stephanie Pui Mun Law. I still want to paint me through all 4 books but when? So much to learn! These would probably never be my color choices but it is great to try and get out of my comfort zone. Even when painted from a tutorial it will always have an own touch. I really wish to get deeper into watercolors.

Natta replied to this: Thank you very much! It is a great thing to just paint and then find all the landscape in the hints the colors already give! Or faces or whatever....

Mayumi Ogihara says: Lovely work, Natta! I find it's a big challenge to get out of my comfort zone, but it's also fun to try something new :) ~ Reply?

Deirdre / Wyld_Dandelyon says: The color choices work well, even that gold/tan. A tiny bit of hiliting with the gold and maybe the pink in the graveyard would pull it together a bit more, if you wanted to touch it up, but overall it's great. I'd say you do need to get out of your comfort zone more if this is an example of the results. ~ Reply?

Natta replied to this: Aww! Thankyou! You never know if I will not geab it some day and paint further. These ideas are good!
