In which the first batch of tea does not meet Ellen's quality control.

The tea itself is great! The tins look good and the labels look fine... except for the backs. (See large photo of the worst offender) The font back there for the brewing instructions is a little too spindly for the printing process used, so we're back to the drawing board to get that fixed up, reprinted and packaged. In the meantime, I've got 200 tins of tea (50 each) to move out so I can make room for the next batch. It is strictly first come, first served, $10.75 per individual tin (just $1.25 off the normal price - the tea is still excellent tea, the front labels are fine, and Ursula will still be paid full fees!). Each tin has 20 sachets of loose tea - don't be fooled by their ease of use; these aren't your standard tea bags. Each sachet is large enough to expand with the premium quality uncrushed leaves and makes a 3-4 cup pot. (The Shoggoth Jasmine can also be re-steeped for twice the evil tea.)

Those of you ordering overseas (and next door to Canada), yes, shipping is expensive. If it ends up costing me lots less than the shopping cart calculates to get it to you, I always refund the difference (for US orders, too). If you wish to order something (US or international) and want it shipped slow mail to cut down on the cost, you may request that, but only on orders of a minimum of $50 - it's a fair bit of extra work and requires a trip to the post office!
